Chemring to sell ordnance unit to Nammo

UK-based Chemring Group has reached an agreement to sell its US subsidiary Chemring Ordnance to Norway-based ammunition provider Nammo for USD17 million in cash.
The sale, which requires US regulatory approval, is expected to close by the end of April, Chemring said on 21 November.
